Very close to the beach! Free beach yoga classes on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7am were excellent! Being able to rent beach gears (e.g., beach chairs, parasols, and paddle boards for free was an unexpected plus for us! More than anything, this hotel was the perfect location for Honolulu Marathon, because it was right across from the finish line!

Average amenities: shampoo, conditiiner, body wash, microwave, kurig with 2 pods...i dont do coffee nor like the plastic pids, fridge, hair dryer. No shower cap. Arrival: charged for fees, hopefully i get it back, they chsrge $500 fee if you smoke or vape in the room. If you have a car its $52.00 per night. Thats not anywhere on this platform. While checking in everyone was professional and nice , however if you need the bathroom its on the 2nd floor and you need a hotel key card. Mine didn't work. Theyve got umbrellas you can use, ask at the desk. We had an ocean view room. Carpet always felt wet, and it was dirty. I had to wash my feet even after showers bc that carpet was dirty. Whens the last time they washed it? Nice breeze through the sliding doors, nice pillows, mattress was soft. Lots of noise at night but not bad during the day. Checkout was easy. Valet parking. I asked one employee where the nearest gas station is and he told me to ask at the desk. I mean..up the street, around the corner??? Ask someone else. What a guy.

Great spot! We ran the marathon and this is the finish line. From our balcony we watched the rest of the runners come in and even had a beautiful view of the ocean. Location is perfect for restaurants and shopping.

Overbooked the rooms, so we didn’t get what we paid for, hotel room was outside, noisy all night long, specially with construction going on next door. Plus AC was super loud. No real covers on bed. Parking was okay, but too much for the limited places to park exiting car. Restaurant on board was not for everyone. Great location, specially with events going on.

There were many many things that made this an excellent experience. The staff across the board was wonderful and exuded the Aloha spirit on each encounter. From the welcoming staff, to the cleaning staff and even the attached ABC store staff were wonderful and always warm and friendly. They accommodated every request quickly and efficiently. Kudos to the management team for hiring and cultivating such a superior climate. In addition, the views can not be beat. The unobstructed and spectacular views of Diamond Head and the beach were amazing. The sunrises and sunsets from the room actually made it difficult to leave the room! There are so many dining options close by that that was never an issue. This was truly an exceptional experience, and with us both being flight attendants, we have a lot of hotels to compare the Park Shore to. The Park Shore rates at the top of our list. We're looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel is in a wonderful location. There is lots of good food within walking distances and there is access to a big ABC store off the lobby. I had an ocean facing room and the views of the ocean and Diamond Head were spectacular. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly knowledgeable and would go out of their way to help you. The room itself however, needed help. It is old and needs a major facelift; very clean, but came right out of the 70s. Would I stay there again? Yes, for the price. Note: If you rent a car, hotel… at the writing of this review… has a $52.00 PER DAY parking fee!!!!!

Water for my shower never got hot, only warm water😢. The complimentary coffee machine took too long to brew, always had a long waiting line. Other than those two issues, the hotel was fine.

Staff and amenities are what made this place awesome! The room itself was clean but just minimal with atmosphere. But the rest made it special. Don't miss the viewing area on floor 16. Stunning to see Honolulu and Diamond Head. The staff, especially front desk and parking attendants, are awesome. There is a free yoga class on certain days .. terrific! And the coffee downstairs -- a big machine makes fresh kona coffee just to your liking. And you are literally just across the street from the ocean.
