The room was clean, and the beds are comfy. Bathroom was clean and well kept. The lighting could of been a little brighter. The staff was definitely super courteous and helpful. Kai took extra time to help me choose the right room once I arrived. The view from our room was spectacular. I highly recommend this place.

The pool is closed for renovations and if you’re put in a room on the park side it’s next to a building site. Staff did their best to find us another room. Views are great and it’s literally across the road from the beach.

Room could use a little upgrade, staff was great, they need to fix their smoke alarms we got a letter one morning that stated we were smoking in the room when we were showering and getting ready. They said this always happens. That should be fixed. Parking is ridiculously expensive. If you stay at the hotel you should at least receive a discount. Crazy!! Overall a 7/10
