The entire room has a bad odor and the refrigerator was worst. Housekeeping didn't clean all trash cans nor clean crumbs in the kitchen or sofa seating area. Shampoo/Conditioner/lotion dispensers did not work.

I loved the hotel, I was just wish the pools stayed open later! We didn't get to swim in the pools due to doing other things on the island, the pools close way to early, the pools were the reason I booked the stay and we didn't even get to experience them.

Lovely stay

Very comfortable modern hotel with all the conveniences of apartment living. Wish they had room service, but very walkable to all the restaurants and amenities of the resort.
