Staff was nice. I found the room furnishings to be old and the curtain was torn. Room was clean. I was surprised that room service was every other day. General space was sparsely furnished. I did not eat on site during my stay. The outside pool looked clean and is a nice size for lap swimming.

The hotel was amazing. We stayed here bc hotels.com didn’t actually make my reservation when I did so we found out on the flight from Seattle to Kona that we didn’t have a place to stay. 2 stars for hotels.com bc the customer service was helpful (this time) but this is the second time this has happened.

This property is probably the worat i e ever stayed at. Nothing was in good condition from carpet to the curb out front. Staff was barely helpful. Dark and dingy. Thumbs down.

dirty room and balcony, bar closes when it wants, hidden resort fees. Had to walk down to the Hilton to get food and drink as they closed because they wanted to go home.
