The wonderful service that Sawn provided us. He was super professional, friendly and helpful. His great service stood out for us. I would go back to this hotel because of his service. The rooms were clean and cozy. We just needed a place to sleep. There was daily housekeeping. Great amenities with a pool, jacuzzi, gym and games area. Breakfast was included, but needed a little bit more variety. In all, it was a wonderful stay and right in Waikiki downtown area. You have access to lots of shops and restaurants. Also the beach is close by. I will come back again to Holiday Inn Express Waikiki if I come back!

First time Vacationing in Hawaii . Bang for Buck for Sure. Easy walking distance to Beach , shopping , Dining . Took a bit to figure out the better Excursions that suited our tastes . Lots of outfits Pushing Timeshares . Breakfast was an Excursion in its self . The hotel doors are not on springs, so all you hear in your room are all these doors closing on one's floor. It's awful. The few elevators are not sufficient to service the guests in the large hotel. Breakfast felt like one was lining up for a meal at a school cafeteria or institution. Not many healthy things to eat. Way too crowded. On the positive side, the king size bed was comfortable.

Room was clean. We had 2 queen beds with partial ocean view and it was the smallest room I have ever been in at a hotel. No storage for clothing and very small area to hang clothes. Bathroom was also very tiny no room for makeup and doing your hair. The hotel staff were amazing from housekeeping to front lobby staff to breakfast Buffett staff. It was a great hotel beside the size and condition of the room.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express Waikiki. The location is perfect—close to Waikiki Beach, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was a great bonus, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great value and made my Honolulu trip even better. This hotel was accessible, clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was fresh. Pool area was great. Parking on site was never available.
