Parking was a little tricky. Tight garage turns, better for a compact car. 2 out of 3 elevators working. Busy check in times meant longer waits for elevator. Overall it was comfortable, clean. And the staff were very polite

Yes for both. The parking is atrocious. It’s hard to figure out where to park. Very limited amount available if you come in after dinner. The garage is an accident waiting to happen. If you have a car go somewhere else

The room was clean. Parking was available but the extra fees add up. Resort, parking and amenities added a few extra hundred dollars. The pool was small and very cold and the workout room was one elliptical and a couple of free weights. The location was ideal with it being across the street from the Hilton village.

Hotel staff is always friendly. Why I’m a returning guest. And I will continue booking with this hotel. Perfect location close to walking attractions like the beach and the famous Ala Moana mall.

The staff was very pleasant and always made sure to greet you. They were very knowledgeable as well. My room was spacious. The hotel is in a nice location and is on public transportation. You can also walk to the mall, the beach and marina. Since it's pretty close to many places of interest, rideshare was pretty cheap. Overall, I had a nice stay.

Hotel is ok… good location regarding getting in and out and walks to beach near Ft. Derusy. Limited on-site parking with $48 daily charge but has in out privileges. What could be better: 1. Street side rooms (we were on 5th floor) are extremely loud with road noise. 2. They charge a $30 daily resort fee but then only service every three days. Otherwise we didn’t use any of the resort services but we had to paid the fee anyway. 3. Coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator in the room is a plus, but bring your own service items as there are none in the room.
