Room needed an upgrade, furniture looked old. With the cost of the room and resort fees, they could of giving us an updated room. Hyatt is loosing their touch. They used to welcome you(if you're a repeat customer)with a lei. Now you have to buy it from a vending machine. I will not patronize this establishment again. I'll wait for the new Hilton.

I like the ease of the property, located directly across the famous statue of Waikiki. This hotel is wonderful if you are looking for, quite get the higher floors, accessible, comfortable and friendly.

Clean rooms and friendly staff I did not like the high buffet prices. The room was very expensive. Breakfast should have been free.

Best hotel I have stayed in! The hotel was so convenient to everything! Staff was very friendly and helpful! My hotel room was spectacular and very clean! I will only stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki when I’m in oahu!

We had the most amazing time in Oahu. This hotel is right by the beach and it's easy to go where you want to go - either in Waikiki or to explore. My husband and I adventures around the entire island, and were grateful every day to return back to the hotel and rest before dinner. Yes, the hotel could use some updating and the parking garage is gnarly (my husband loved it!) but, the staff were amazing. I can't thank them enough for their genuine warmth, and always taking a moment to help. We never felt rushed or that we were an inconvenience. This trip was magical and the staff at this facility were part of our amazing Oahu experience.

We really liked the property and enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and staff was nice. The only thing that we did not like was the bathroom was very small and outdated. The bathtub in our room was broken.

This resort was perfect. It's nice all around and close to the beach. It was my wife's birthday and they left her a nice card and some chocolates on the bed upon arrival. The room was super clean and everyone did a great job. Will be back
