My stay was okay. The rooms need an upgrade, for a Hyatt and the price I was expecting something more. I also wish there were more efforts around sustainability practices that are seen at other hotel chains. Ideally I don’t wish to stay at hotels that don’t have sustainability practices in place. It was especially surprising in a place like hawaoi.
