Staff-Grace, was amazing and very helpful Rooms are nice and clean. Service, pool, hot tub, restaurant pool side is amazing Pool staff is very friendly Services like towel, chairs for beach is good.

We were welcomed to check in early and received an upgraded junior suite! Was able to make the most of the pool, restaurants and stores in the area with our timely check-in! Also received prominently displayed information on local events to help us with planning our weekend. Was surprised to see high end extras like nespresso machine, robes and slippers and a bidet. This resort is tucked right into an amazing mall and right on Waikiki beach too!

There not one bad word to say about the entire Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa the entire staff was so sweet always saying Aloha or Mahalo. Every time my husband and I visit Hawaii we always stay with Hyatt are more than 5 stars, I High recommend the Hyatt Regency Beach Resort & spa this location was perfect right across was the beach, also so close and I mean close to left or lot the right lots of store and markets. Get your bags pack and visit Waikki Hawaii and make sure you get the ocean front room you won’t regret it.

I was not informed about the construction noise occurring right behind the Ewa Tower. It began as early as 6 a.m., which made it difficult to relax and enjoy our vacation. Additionally, for two consecutive days, housekeeping did not arrive until around 2:30 p.m. This was our second stay at the Hyatt Regency, and unfortunately, compared to our first visit, this experience was disappointing.
