"This house and staff gave our group of 12 an amazing experience. We are a group of 6 couples that typically vacations together at an all-inclusive resort. We wanted to try something different this time and we are so happy we did. Alejandra helped us arrange the trip prior to our arrival, so once we landed, there was little to worry about. Alejandra arranged transportation, shopping list, stocking the house and chef services.Chef Robert and Tomas prepared the perfect meals for our group. Tony catered to our every want, drink and snacks thru out the day. The food and drinks were excellent, and abundant.Our rooms/bedding/and towels were cleaned daily. The two housekeepers were efficient and discrete, we rarely saw them. Mismaloya is a small town, there is one ATM, however it is in the resort that is only for guest use, bring cash. This is a very vertical house, lots of stairs and even more if you want to walk to the beach or town. We spent most of our days at the pool, which looks exactly like the picture. "
