I chose Chileno Bay for my 30th birthday because I wanted to experience a different resort than our usual Cabo getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. I’ve never felt so well taken care of during a vacation. A special thank you to Alan, our concierge, who made our stay even more memorable with his exceptional service and hospitality. "Overall, our stay at the Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos was highly enjoyable, though it's clear the property is still in transition. While it is now part of the Marriott Autograph Collection, the current standards still fall a bit short of what you might typically expect from the brand. If you are a Marriott Bonvoy member, I would still absolutely recommend this all-inclusive property—just don't head into it expecting JW Marriott luxury. The resort boasts a beautiful, picturesque location right on the beach. However, keep in mind that the ocean here is entirely non-swimmable. You cannot enter the water, so come prepared to spend your time lounging by the pools rather than wading in the surf. The onsite restaurants were consistently solid across the board. The standout culinary experience of our trip was definitely Del Cortez. Note: There is a $35.00 USD surcharge per person to dine here, even on the all-inclusive plan. Is it worth it? Yes. The incredible beachside ambience, stunning views, high food quality, and attentive service make the extra fee well worth it for a special night. The absolute highlight of this resort is the staff. From the front desk and pool servers to the restaurant waiters, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. They truly go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. A fantastic option for families and Bonvoy members looking for great service and a beautiful property, as long as you understand the ongoing brand transition."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Villa Cisne in Cabo del Sol was outstanding from start to finish. Booking through Luxury Villa Collections made the entire experience seamless. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during the planning process, assisting with transportation, golf tee times, restaurant reservations, shopping recommendations, and making sure every detail was covered before we arrived. Once we were there, Ana was amazing—always responsive, checking in regularly, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.The house itself was absolutely beautiful—set right on the beach with stunning views and everything we could have asked for. The pool was fantastic and ended up being a favorite spot for both us and the kids. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and set in a beautiful location, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The daily housekeeping and pool maintenance were also very much appreciated and handled professionally, which made the stay feel even more effortless and enjoyable. The drivers were professional, the restaurant recommendations were excellent, and every part of the trip felt seamless thanks to the team. "Outstanding service, great pools, Talay and Morea were are favorite restaurants, Mezcal not so much, the staff is very well staffed, and all the restaurants and coffee shop a 15% gratuity is added automatically and a 16% tax. It’s in pesos however they give you the dollar amount so you don’t have to have any guest work on how much it actually cost you. Breakfast for two was around $100. Dinner could be 100 to 200 that does not include any drinks. Overall I think reasonable for a high-end Cabo experience. The beach sand is a little grainy but it’s not a problem. The bay is beautiful and good for swimming."
