Maybe it was the fact that it was the “rainy season” but our room was extremely damp. You could feel the wetness in the air. I ended up with a minor cold by the end of our stay. Room service food was awful. Bucanero food was also well under par. My wife got food poisoning from dinner at Neptune’s one night. Spa was great and the rest of the restaurants were okay I guess. The breakfast buffet was really good and they have a fantastic gym.

My stay at Villa del Arco Los Cabos was truly fantastic, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort with excellent service and a beautiful setting, this is the place. The resort's all-inclusive options are exceptional. We ate at a number of restaurants, but the standout by far was Neptune's. The food was incredible, and the service was the best we experienced during our entire stay. The pool area is a huge highlight. The entertainment team, especially Rodo and Toni, were absolutely amazing. They were great with both adults and kids, making sure everyone was having a good time without being intrusive. We also have to give a special shout-out to our poolside server, Chay. He was so attentive and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. You're constantly surrounded by breathtaking ocean views, including a perfect vantage point of the famous El Arco. It's the ideal spot to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Los Cabos.

Good Family Vacation trip!!

We picked up all inclusive 6 day vacation at Villa Del Arco . Overall we had a good vacation. Location is great beach was great room was great and clean . Room service staff is excellent and restaurant staff is great especially at El Bucanero , Emmanuel and Deigo server staff were exceptional they greeted with a smile everytime . Eddy pool side server was great and friendly always . Few suggestions: I would like see some more food options/cuisine. Front staff can be better and more helpful without any expectations.

Food was great. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that their sister hotel (Palmer) shut down the day after we arrived. That’s the hotel that has the Kids Club. There was no notice about the shut down anywhere on their websites. We would have booked a different hotel if we had known that there’s no kids club available

I have stayed at this hotel before apparently under different management and had a much better experience, but this time was an absolute nightmare. The front desk and reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful from the moment we arrived. We booked two rooms but were split across opposite ends of the hotel, separating me from my kids, while the rest of our large family party was placed together. I went to the front desk every single day trying to get us moved, and when a room came available to us, they stuck us in an ADA room that was extremely uncomfortable for my tall husband. To make matters worse, the manager tried to upcharge me for an upgrade that my other family members received for free. When I told them I would be posting a review, they didn’t care — it was clear they saw us as unimportant guests. This was supposed to be a memorable family vacation, but the hotel’s indifference and poor service ruined it. I will never come back, and I would strongly advise anyone looking for a welcoming, customer-focused stay in Cabo to look elsewhere.
