The best part was the staff. They were all really nice, friendly and helpful. The worst part is having to wait for your bill entry time you eat or drink anywhere even if you had the all inclusive package, and feeling obliged to tip. We ended up spending extra on tips alone which we specifically didn't want to worry about with the all inclusive. Other than that, right next to the hotel there are many independent options for water activities and boat tours.

Our only complaint is that we purchased the all inclusive, had a late flight and when you check out they revoke all your all inclusive privileges. The prices for the restaurants are absurd, even by the most exclusive restaurant standards. So you’re stuck getting gouged if you have a late flight.

Manager was rude. They tried charging us for stains on sheets that were just cleaned. Resort food isn’t worth all inclusive besides Neptune seafood. I still can’t get a hold of the general manager

Food and drinks are all good, the buffet has some good options and the other villa nearby has more options as well to consider if you get the all inclusive. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. Just one thing to be mindful of, the employees here go out of their way to sell other packages to you especially if you’re trying to do an excursion. Do not under any circumstance signup for the presentation. They will go out of their way to make you buy a time share, they’ll offer you a breakfast and drinks to entice you, don’t do it. Other than that, you’ll have a good time here for the most part.

Great resort staff The gym staff was rude, welcomed me in then 1 min later kicked me out because I didn’t meet fully their running shoes policy. I was just doing arms and shoulders weights but the assistant and then the manager both asked me to leave. FYI it’s important to have the requirements and policy at the front desk and review with gym goers before they enter the gym and not fish them out minutes later after your assistant opened the double glass door welcoming me in after I signed . Just poor customer service and the hotel concierge manager did not get involved all he said they run the gym not my area to manage. The hotel staff and restaurant area was very good! The gym staff terrible and rude, customers are being targeted once they are in the gym not upfront!

Rooms are large and beautifully kept. The food is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed taking the trolley to its sister hotel and eating in their restaurants. I highly recommend.

The overall resort experience was very positive except the beach conditions had a strong undertow and aggressive waves that we were unable to have our small kids play in the water at all. Just unfortunate but probably typical for the Pacific.

I would have given 5 stars all the way around however the property is extremely slippery! We had rain and all the floors in the hallways and around the entire property were slippery. They need to put rubber mats all around. I fell and I saw someone else fall as well. The staff is AMAZING though and the property was very clean and pretty!
