The wait staff assigned to the pool area at Blanco was not attentive. Therefore we walked over to Rose and used the pool over there most days. Dining options were also better at Rose along with entertainment.

Everyone was so friendly. Ocean front rooms were really nice. Food at restaurants was really good. It was a last minute booking and thought for an older hotel it was really a great vacation right on Medano Beach. You can actually swim in the water. We would go back!!
