We just came back from an excellent stay at Pueblo Bonito Blanco!!! The service was OUTSTANDING!! The food was excellent!! It's in a perfect location!  It's an easy 15-minute walk to downtown (restaurants, bars, shopping, the marina)!  You can also take a cab for $8 if you don't feel like walking.  The pool is beautiful and clean. The beach is gorgeous and very calm, nice for a relaxing swim.  But let me get back to the service and give a shout out to Arlin, Juan, Daniel, Ulysses, Rodolfo, and Freddy, they are AMAZING!!! (so sorry if I forgot anyone since all the staff was great!) The best service we have ever had in Mexico. There were 5 of us in our group and they never let us go hungry or thirsty and we shared a lot of laughs!!  The hotel and grounds were extremely clean, it seemed they were always making sure everything was sanitized.  There is even a sanitization booth outside of the hotel lobby.  We felt very safe traveling and staying here!!  We are definitely coming back next year!!  See you all again in 2022 and thanks so much for making our stay a wonderful one!!

Great location. Beautiful view. Very friendly staff. One thing I didn't like at check in is being referred to a representative for a "welcome package " to lure us to spend 2 hours at another property with intent to sell a timeshare package. They lure you by offering a free 2 hour dinner cruise with a $20.00 deposit (supposedly refundable). However, when I backed out of the offer because there were no cruise times available due to an approaching storm, the rep advised that the cash deposit was "already at the other property ". My advice is to not waste your vacation time on this scam.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told they overbooked and they did not have any rooms at that location. They did their best to accommodate us. Talking with Tavelocity to fix it was long and unhelpful. We got our own accommodations after 2 plus hours on the phone with you, in less than 20 minutes. We made the best of it and the folks at Blanco, Rose and the Montecristo were really good. However, it was a really rough start that wasted the first 4 plus hours of our vacation.

I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a good time in cabo. Staff and rooms were amazing. There were a few people that stood out and went above and beyond CARLOS, LEO, ALMA,MARCOS they were beyond amazing they are the main reason why when I come back to cabo I will stay at this resort again. that's the positive stuff. On the negative side the day I was checking out I had a very bad experience with VIDAL & ANA (manager supposedly) .. my flight didn't leave until that evening so I left my stuff in the room and went downstairs to go to the pool to kill time. since they say I didn't CHECK OUT and leave the room they wanted to charged me $100 for every hour after check out it seem like it was scam they were talking to each other in Spanish and than would talk to English.. ANA said she was the manager she didn't her up from her down and with the great time and the amount of money I spent there if this is the 2 people that you have working the counter and have this type of attitude you will forsurely lose customers because I was smiling and my interaction with them pissed me off. I travel to cabo a lot so please read this review and I would love to hear from a HIGHER up manager about my experience.. however the people that I listed earlier made my experience good but VIDAL and ANA don't deserve to be at your resort its way too nice for them to be anywhere near that resort. Thank you

Really liked the Paloma’s and Cilantro restaurants. Paloma chefs are outstanding. Pool area more fun than Rose pool where we have stayed 4 times before. Pool service much better also. Didn’t like that one of two elevators broken all 8 days we were ther and we were stuck in the only working one and had to pry the doors open and jump down half a level to get out.

The pool area was beautiful. I enjoyed the pool side service and the breakfasts were good. The buffets that we had were only average. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We Loved everything about this place. The location is the best! It's the best beach for swimming and every water activity you could ask for. When we booked this Hotel I was hoping to get a room with a view towards the Arch, we did and the view was beautiful. The service is the best and everyone was so friendly. We loved Cabo so much we talked about going back before we even left.
