The room was clean but noticeably outdated. Most staff were excellent, with the exception of those at Paloma, whose rudeness discouraged us from returning to eat there. Also, I was dissatisfied with cruise ships docking directly in front of the hotel each day, obstructing the upgraded view I paid for.

I loved the sister hotels you can travel to. Sunset hotel had lots of good food, the fun lab was entertaining, beach view was amazing. The staff can be more welcoming by greeting their guests. More smiles and holas would have made my stay a little better.
