Good WiFi access around the property. Excursion options were plentiful. Most dining was buffet only which leads something to be desired. Overall property was clean but air conditioning did not keep rooms cool or humidity levels down.

Resort location, cleanliness and hospitality from workers is 5/5. Food was 3/5 but we knew that going into it. Transparency is 0/5 - we book this trip as we were given $750 voucher for resort activities.. when we went to book our acitivites we were told it’s $750 of voucherS that are like $10 off when you spend $600 on scuba diving or stupid stuff like that.

Rooms were very cold and damp at night. Grounds were very dirty with bird poop. Birds constantly going and eating food that is left out. Food was terrible and the only good restaurant on site was a 3-4 hr wait to get in like having dinner at 830-9 pm. Buffets constantly empty or food was wrong temp cold food hot hot food gone cold. Bread for anything like breakfast or for hot dogs/hamburgers where stale. Had to leave the resort and go to the marina multiple time for food to not be starving. Would not recommend staying at the riu. The party’s were very lame and over hyped. Them letting scamming companies like gray line who took me for $500 for a utv excursion and lied about what the whole experience was supposed to be and what I was even getting for a sxs and now refusing to refund me. PLEASE DO NOT GO

Staff entered room even with "do not disturb" sign out. I had to verbally tell them not to enter. Los Cabos and ear buds stolen on day 2. Gold necklace and portable charger stolen on the last day. Reported to the front desk and no compensation provided.

Room was excellent even though they messed up on our room reservation. Most staff were standoffish and I believe since gratuities were included they did not go above and beyond because they did not need to work for tips. One bartender, Christiana who worked in the sports bar was beyond excellent. Sebastian who worked the poolside bar was extremely useless. Going to the beach area and marina you were bombarded with locals selling their items which became quite annoying. The pigeons and seagulls were way out of hand when relaxing around the pool. The sunset dinner cruise was excellent especially with Pancho Guacamole and his friendliness and tequila. The shops in Cabo San Lucas were vibrant and welcoming. The weather was beautiful everyday. When visiting Mexico know your Pesos or you will get ripped off from the locals. All restaurants were buffets but excellent food. Beautiful place but I would not travel twice to Los Cabos.
