We really enjoyed our stay at Sandos Finisterra. The resort is beautiful and the staff was excellent. We really enjoyed Luis at the Whale Watcher bar and "Huesos" at the Agave bar

We liked the food options and quality of food. The service was excellent! We loved the overall cleanliness of the entire facility. The things that could be improved are: number of umbrellas at all the pools, the availability of fruit at all meals, and the amount of salad dressing they give you.

This property has so much potential and I will be back again because the good outweighs the bad. The location of this property is absolutely amazing. Beautiful quiet beach, views of both the marina and the ocean. The entire place is literally built into the rocky cliffs and it is such gorgeous architecture. I felt like I was in a European villa! The reason I had to rate it so low is that as an all inclusive the food & drink service needs to come a long way. The overall quality of the food was very hit and miss. I even had to pull a foreign object out of a sandwich. Tortugas on the beach had the best food and service. Lunch at the poolside was decent. Dinner was overall a struggle. 2 nights were fine and 2 nights had not great experiences with food quality. The food and drink service was also hit and miss. Sometimes we waited forever to even be spoken to, drinks took ages too. One night we had been in the restaurant for over 30 minutes before even being approached by a server. The rooms were very clean. appreciate the eco-friendly efforts too. Bed was cozy. Room service took forever but we found had the best food quality wise. I will return but plan in advance to eat most dinners off site. Luckily the location makes it easy to walk to plenty of delicious options in the marina area of Cabo San Lucas.

Great location to Marina & Everything Cabo.
It was a good time. Resort was very nice. Service was excellent. This is an all inclusive resort. The food good of been a little better and the drinks stronger. You need to ask for a double when ordering drinks.

An interesting property with a main building at beach level and several other buildings (including most restaurants) on a rock hill reached by a bridge from the 7th floor of the main building. Depending where you are on the property you overlook the ocean or the picturesque harbour. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants serving various cuisines. The food and drinks are decent. The service is quite variable - sometimes very prompt and attentive, sometimes we felt like we were invisible. You can't swim at the beach but there are three good pools. Our only real complaint is the loud music almost everywhere you go. I took an audiobook and had trouble finding a place other than our room where I could listen to it.

Really liked the property. It was spread out on a nice expanse and had direct access to the beach. The Don Diego restaurant and the hotel staff in general is super accommodating and helpful. We really liked our stay here for 5 days.
