The staff was extraordinary. We ate at all the restaurants which were terrific. While the staff at all of them was great, Nacho from Los Gallos and Alan from Ipanema stood out the most. We were discussing what to get for dinner when Alan says "don't even worry about the menu. Just relax and I will bring you an array of options from appetizer to dessert. you will have shrimp, steak and chicken. Now just sit back and enjoy yourselves". Our meal was spectacular. Going above and beyond to make my family have an incredible dinner. The staff from the front desk, to the bell hop, to the tour center and even the host stand of each restaurant who made us feel so welcome and safe. We disinfected our shoes and had our temperature taken upon arrival. We were given hand sanitizer at all restaurants and the buffets were sufficiently staffed in order to have all of the food options dished out for you. No chance for cross-contamination. Overall it was a top of the line property. I'd recommend packing something warm for the evenings and early mornings such as a hoodie, pullover,or light jacket. We'll definitely be back.

Big property. Liked the swim up room and room size. Did not like the hour they took of my time when I first go their to sell me on excursion deals.

Hands down the best all inclusive resort I’ve stayed. The quality of food and beverage top notch. I’ve stayed at other properties and they lack tremendously in this department. I’m so happy and pleasantly surprised at the level of service, friendliness, cleanliness, room size, views, location, activities, security. I came home raving about this place regardless of the current pandemic situation We truly felt safe. The only down side is their Legendary group pushing their sales, so if you don’t know how to say no, avoid this “breakfast” for the $100 credit. Other down side is you cannot swim in the ocean it’s extremely dangerous. Also far from the city. This place is for people who are trying to unwind and get away. Oh, all balconies have an outdoor jacuzzi!! If you are reading this, you need to go!

The construction wasn’t on par with a new building. Holes in walls, hanging recessed lights etc.

The staff, the service, the food and the atmosphere of Hard Rock Los Cabos was phenomenal! We truly enjoyed ourselves and the hospitality from the staff was like no other resort I’ve been to. They really went above and beyond! Def plan on returning!

I went when this location hadn't had their grand opening so they still have a few tweaks to make. The food and drinks were great, as good or better than any other all inclusive I've been. Views and pool are great, rooms are huge and modern. Room service was top notch, and staff was very cheerful. Downsides: Can't go in the ocean at the hotel, current is too strong, pools close as dusk (really Hard Rock doesn't have a pool open at 9pm??), there's a VIP pool but no signs that say itd only for VIPs. Guest policy is confusing, gate security said no problem, customer service inside was more concerned with finding out why are guests were let in, instead of finding a resolution. It's clear they are newly opened because as nice as staff was, they often can't answer a question outside of their position, i.e. when does the restaurant open for dinner, where is the club, etc.
