Absolutely fantastic! The care and attention from staff made you feel completely taken care of, and that coupled with the beauty of the property and surrounding views was absolute paradise. Not to mention the delicious food and beverage, the spa, and the workout classes. We didn’t want to leave, and will be back as soon as we can!

The whole hotel is amazing. The staff such as , Carlos, Florencia, Reyna, Rey, Denisse, Arturo, Mary, Mauricio, Victor, Simena, Marisol, Jacqueline, Julio, Luis, Manuel...and I wish I would know everybody names! Expectacular services!!

Prior to my visit last year, the Cape was one of my more-favorite places to visit. Unfortunately, all the things that one worries about when visiting Mexico came true. Halfway through my trip at the Cape I developed a severe rash that caused pain, itched, and looked horrible. The only things I had been exposed to at that point were the pool and hot tubs at the Cape. I hadn't traveled outside the resort, so it's clear that whatever I was exposed to was something found on the resort property. (I've attached photos.) When I finally did leave the resort, the valet staff joined a cab driver in attempting to rip me off. I was promised the ride would be $10.00. Upon arriving back at the resort, I got out of the cab and started walking away. The valet staff called me back and said that the driver and I had agreed to $20.00. I do not speak Spanish. Thankfully, the woman I was traveling with did. She immediately told me that upon our arrival, the valet staff and cab driver began talking about fees. Cab driver asked what the hotel quoted for taxi rides. Valet said it was $20. Cab driver then asks the valets for help collecting the additional $10.00. The guys actually got pushy about it, which is extremely concerning. So yes - even at the Cape - and even with the staff - someone is trying to rip you off. Servers were rude at the restaurant.

As far as vacations go, this was by far the best experience we’ve had! Would definitely recommend to everyone! As a matter of fact, we are already talking about going back next year. Wonderful experience from beginning to end!!!!

Great views of Los Cabos

Pros: Great views on water’s edge. Rooms have nice terraces with a swing loveseat to enjoy early mornings and afternoon sunsets.
Cons: Rooms need to be evaluated for refurbishing of tired flooring and furnishings..
The hotel is a small modern hotel right on the water’s edge. Our room was clean but worn. Pools are relatively small. Restaurants are limited. The Ledge offered a respectable breakfast buffet and a la carte ordering. Hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating.

It just gets better and better

This was our fifth visit to the Cape. The beach, pool, rooms and staff were all exceptional. It is such a fun, relaxing, exciting place to be. The staff is attentive and friendly. And the live music in the evening was exceptional. The rooms are upscale and soothing. And the sound of crashing waves permeates every nook and cranny of the hotel property. Heaven!!

Amaizing views, beautiful room, excellent service!

This was by far my favorite place in Cabo! The panoramic suite is increadible! The view can't be beat! Makes you forget everything! Excellent service, great food, truly 5-star experience! Would definitely come back!0

Excellent property with amazing service!

Pros: Service, design and location. I liked that is was not right in the crush of Cabo but still close enough to get there if you wanted to explore.
Cons: The only small thing I missed was the opportunity to go for a walk on the ocean.
Location: The huge pleasant surprise was the plethora of great restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also amazing.
We stayed at this property without doing much research and really lucked out. It is a relatively new property that is incredibly well done. It a classic boutique hotel, amazing design, expectational service, and wonderful views of the ocean. The rooms are beautifully designed with a lovely swing on the porch which was nap worthy!
