JUST WOW! I celebrated my 31st birthday and the crew was so nice everyone knew it was my birthday and greeted me. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the service is exceptional ! I will definitely go back!! It was the best vacation ever.

Great hotel and awesome staff. The concierge (Paolina) was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay close to town, and most things are located at a walkable distance. The only small negative point is the music outside is very repetitive.

Very run down property Not a 5 star hotel at all Everything smells and nothing feels clean or luxurious The food at all the restaurants are the lowest quality and very overpriced. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach view. Spacious hotel room. Very clean and comfortable Music near the pool is on til 8:00pm. Typically very loud music. Seems to be more place for 20 to 30 year olds. Restaurants on the property have limited menus and are very expensive. However, food is well prepared and delicious. Just expect to pay high end prices.

The room was really basic and not what I expected. While the overall design of the hotel is beautiful, the “Always Me” rooms are located below the lobby, which felt a bit off. This is also not an adults-only hotel—there weren’t a lot of kids, but there were definitely children in the view, which took away from the vibe I was going for. On a positive note, the food at Taboo was actually the best part of the stay. That aside, I’d probably book an all-inclusive resort next time for a more complete experience.
