I wrote a 2 page detailed review, but only one fourth of it would fit into the allowable review space. So.... OVERALL: More upscale and more polite vibe (from staff and also from guests) than our previous resort stays in other places. Cabo is clean and feels safer than other places we have gone in the past. Room is very spacious with plenty of storage and room and spread out your things. Large shower and double sinks in bathroom. Private balcony with chairs. Room and Resort were very clean, food above par, staff very polite and accommodating. Entertainment and Food was all good. Some buffet meals were extravagant outside events with fireworks and entertainment. Pools are great, chairs and umbrellas plentiful and wait staff come around often to refill drinks. Beach is fabulous and not many people. Can't swim in the ocean at this resort. The large waves are beautiful. Very few seashells on this beach. We tipped $5 per meal, $2 per drink, $5 per day for room care. Make certain you can travel before confirming this resort as they will not refund any money, nor allow date changes. Rooms could use upgraded mattresses. We had construction noise in the room next to us (hammering of tiles) - starting every morning at 7:30a. But, we didn't advise the staff until we checked out (so they had no opportunity to correct this issue for us during our stay). Even so... I still give this resort all high marks. Already planning to return next year!

Our first trip to Cabo, not our last and we will look nowhere but to the Marquis. Our new favorite! If you’re looking peace, quiet, great food and drinks, serenity and a staff of hundreds looking to make you happy then this fits your bill. It’s absolutely gorgeous at the Marquis Los Cabos.

The resort itself is very pretty & the views are spectacular. Pools and pool area is breathtaking. The beach was never open during our stay, that was frustrating. I also didn't enjoy the "vendors" on the beach pushing products. The pool over looks the ocean, so they are your view all day. Rooms are okay, dated furniture & AC struggled to keep the room cool. I would also recommend that you keep your room service cubby closed & locked at all times. We left our key once and I was able to reach in and open our door. The spa experience was not on par with most other resorts. The fitness center is dated, but enough to stay on your routine while away. Our biggest complaints overall would be the quality of food, level of service, and elevators. Drink service was very slow everywhere, regardless of how well we tipped and we are very big on tipping all staff. Highly recommend the omelette station at the breakfast restaurant, I forget the name. We ate at SAKKE and the Italian restaurant during our stay. We did not enjoy SAKKE at all and the Italian "restaurant" was just okay. The evening shows and bands were okay. The elevators on the property were a mess, only one on each side would work and waited forever for one to arrive. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor, with easy access to the stairs. Bring extra sunblock to this resort, it is about $30 USD for a bottle. Our stay was "OK" at best. It's not a property we would most likely not visit again.

The staff waa super friendly and very helpful. The view of everything was amazing. One of the best resorts I've stayed at and I can't wait to return.

Gorgeous resort. Pool, activities, staff top notch. Food is decent for an all-inclusive ( particularly SAAKE restaurant) Do come prepared with 1s & 5s for tips because getting change for US $ is difficult. Taxis/Uber to excursions cheaper than thru resort. Recommend getting transfers thru hotel to/from airport. Expensive but worth it. Will be back, overall first rate.

A week at the Marquis Los Cabos has me convinced this is the very best all inclusive hotel in the Cabo area. It may be the best anyplace that I have visited. The food and the staff are superior while the entire hotel is clean, well maintained and a pleasure to spend time at. Adriana, maitre d' at the main dining facility, breakfast, lunch and dinner, was wonderful. Efficient, always smiling, she actually remembers everyone's name and their preferences. The maid staff always warrants mentioning, as does the front desk. We read the previous reviews concerning the food and staff and wonder if they were at the same hotel. An absolute pleasure. Thanks. Michael
