Rooms were in poor condition, food was sub par and service was horrible. Property had no entertainment. I would never stay at this hotel ever again it was a very bad experience

we didn't like the pushing sales pitch to buy into the property. We were waiting for our rooms which were not ready (conveniently, so the sales team had time to pounce) Then to get a decent room, we had to give up an hour and a half to listen to the sales pitch.

There wasn’t normal WiFi over there just works at hotel lobby. Most restaurants didn’t work and there was limitation food even buffet. They didn’t have any night activities (like show, dance…).

The property is very nice and the grounds/pools are great. There are kind of a lot of people for the size of the resort. The beach is nice, but you can't go in the ocean...really severe waves/undertow.
