We are not experts at all-inclusive hotels. This was our first. We were surprised that "all-inclusive" really meant "mostly-inclusive." We were not able to eat at the nicest restaurants there because they were reserved for "members." Not a big deal - we enjoyed the food offered where we were allowed. The staff was excellent. The facilities were great, although one elevator was broken the entire time of our stay. We were very happy there and sad to leave when the time came.

We overall enjoyed our stay, best thing was the staff! The food and rooms were fine for all inclusive. The biggest issue we had was the noise in the night (staff cleaning the hallways, room doors slamming, etc) as the noise carries very easily in the hallways.
