"Amazing stay overall! Went for our anniversary and they made some welcome arrangements for us which were very sweet. We booked the "Marquis Experience" on the actual anniversary day which included a spa day & private dinner on the beach. Due to safety concerns, the private dinner was no longer able to be set on the beach and management was very accommodating and helpful in our decision to cancel the dinner portion. Food can be hit or miss at times depending on the restaurant and time of day, but compared to other all-inclusives, it was overall better quality. We went during a busy time of the year, so the pool lounge chairs really fill up. We learned lots of guest tend to wake up early and mark several spots by leaving their items which can be left unattended majority of the day. It seems a bit unfair for other guests who actually show up and want to use the pool while others are taking up spots that aren't being used for hours on end. I don't blame the hotel, but wish there were rules to dissuade this kind of behavior. In the end, we really enjoyed the elegant & unique decor & amenities of the resort. Staff were great & the views were gorgeous. "

"Our family of 4 stayed at Sirena Del Mar at the 2 bedroom penthouse. We came before check-in time and we were granted early check-in. Our room was spacious, had a kitchen, living room, the beds were king size and the bathrooms were large. There was a hot tub in the terrace but we opted to use the ones in the common areas. I really loved the master’s bedroom bathroom and the marble floor of the entire apartment. They also have supplies for guests that you can ask for like slippers. The unit is stocked with supplies like plates, utensils, coffeemaker. There is a washer & dryer in our room. The view from our room was gorgeous, ocean view and you can see the famous arch from a distance. The staff are very helpful, and accommodating like Mariel who helped book our activities, Sebastian who checked us in, waiters in the restaurant Estrella. My husband was very impressed with the food especially the ceviche. For the 4 days that we were there, we enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs. They also had a theme/activity/show every night, it was never boring! There was Mexican fiesta, live band, even a fire show performance. The Saturday when we left there was a listing of activities for young & old. I also liked that the property is gated and there is always a man or woman who allows people to come in; so we felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel. They are very responsive to guests’ needs. The hotel is fairly close to the Marina, to Medano Beach, Chileno Beach, and Palmilla Beach. "
