I recently stayed at this hotel and overall the location and cleanliness were very good. The rooms and common areas were well maintained, and the hotel is conveniently located, which made getting around very easy.
The staff was generally very friendly and kind; however, the level of service seemed to depend heavily on the tip you left. This was disappointing, as the treatment should be consistent for all guests. At the restaurants, It was difficult to get someone to take our order, despite there being plenty of available tables and staff around.
As for the food, it was okay but not great. There was very little variety, and both restaurants offered almost the same options. This is definitely an area where the hotel could improve.
Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its cleanliness and location, but better consistency in service and more food variety would make the experience much better.
One employee that always went above and beyond, with great service was Arturo, other than that no one else.
