We have shared your experience with our sales director to improve the approach with our guests and avoid them any inconveniences specially when these invitations are completely optional. At the same time, we have shared your comments with our food and beverage manager since our staff get to the restaurant at 6:30am to open to the public at 7:00am and during that time, they should not turn on our background music system on pool areas.
