They are constantly selling you at the property. The food onsite is very expensive. Avoid building 1 - so much construction we couldn’t sit on our patio and part of our view was obstructed.

Room was the best serviced room I have ever had on vacation. Trash was emptied twice daily and always fresh towels and bed turndown nightly. The property was incredibly well kept and covered for sun loungers washed and changed every night.

Our stay was a 5 out of 5. Rooms are exceptionally clean, grounds are kept in perfect condition. Rooms are beautiful and bed is very comfy. Food is really good everywhere you go in resort and out of resort. It is a great stay for both couples and families. Can have quiet or more excitement depending on where you are. Beach is lovely with very comfy chairs and staff is friendly and there to help. I would return in a heartbeat! Only comment - the music playing outside our room from 9am to 9 pm gets old. Need to change it up and not play the same loop day after day. Just some advice!

The hotel is kept impeccably well. The staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed in 80809 in building three and six previously and they’re great sweets for us very comfortable overlooking the serenity pool. The only one negative we have an about the property is that heavier and Florida de Noche are ridiculously overpriced restaurants And our opinion not an asset to Hilton Hotel property whatsoever. When the lease is expired, they should take them over and go up with men that are more fairly priced for the average family. Caviar is also put on an automatic 18% gratuity without us knowing about the automatic tip charge and then asked for additional tips for the waiters that evening. It felt very ownerous to us. We went for dinner at 8 o’clock Saturday night, January 31 and we were the only couple in the entire restaurant that evening. I’m surprised they can survive with that pricing because he can’t attract any patrons.

The room was very clean. Unfortunately housekeeping arrived everyday between 4 and 5 when we would arrive back from our day of fun to shower. Twice we waited on the balcony to in order to shower, once they called because they couldn't get in the door and said they needed to come in if we wanted our room clean. I asked for them to wait because we weren't dressed yet and they said they could not wait. I spoke with the front desk and requested for our room to be finished cleaning by 3 pm and they made that happen.
