"This hotel is pretty nice! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and overall helpful with any requests made. The food was pretty good too. We went during Christmas and the hotel put on an amazing Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners. The family pool was often crowded but that’s to be expected however, the adults only pool was true to the expectation. The pool was a bit dirty but that was overlooked by due to the amazing staff and bartenders. Located right on the beach, this is a really good getaway for solos and family alike! "

"Excellent hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Rooftop pool was great and heated, with a fantastic view. There were 5 in our party and we had 3 connecting rooms which worked out great. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and rooms with kitchen are modern and well designed. Hotel has electric bikes to borrow which was also nice. Located next to a busy street, so our room was a little noisy. Hotel restaurant was very good, but was closed part of our stay despite being listed as open. There is quick access out to Plaza Mijares, but that was also closed part of our stay, which requires a long walk around the block to reach the plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Muchas gracias! "

"We had an excellent experience at Paradisus All inclusive resort in Los Cabos. The staff was excellent, especially Freddy and Susana. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room we stayed in was close to the highway and our last couple of days at the resort they were doing some maintenance on the roof which was noisy. The food was okay. I didn’t care too much for the drinks, gave me a headache. The excellent staff and their hospitality made trip worth it. The weather was great and we enjoyed our excursions, party boat, city tour, suba diving, cooking class with Francisco, UTV and sky bike."
