"It wasn't bad, but lacked detail. Only two light fixtures in a room, no overhead light and one of ours was broken, told them, nothing happened, so we had a dim room. You have to go to the front desk for a blowdryer or iron, the body gel bottle was empty so we had to wash with shampoo, the breakfast kept running out of food, slow to refill, only 1 package of coffee for two people and our room was never serviced. Having said all this, it WAS clean, the bed was fine and the staff friendly. It appears they are making an effort to upgrade."

"Package we purchased: Cabana with Beach Club was totally misrepresented. From Check-In throughout our stay, staff were very nice however untrained on the amenities included in our package. Wrong description of room ( not on the sand, no view, public walkway in front of the room. Ocean water toxic, can’t swim or touch water, sand as well. Serious consequences if used. Never told this was the case by the Hotel! Room only cleaned once in 4 days, when we called! Parking permit never issued. Manager requested to discuss this horrible situation, She never Responded. Don’t waste your money on this resort."
