The pictures are very misleading on this property. It looks like a well maintained property that is just a little dated; not even close! This place should be completely renovated or torn to the ground and rebuilt. The rooms are very outdated, molding, and the curtains, carpet, and wallpaper contain foul smells. We could not take our shoes off in our room with out getting black stains on our socks. When we complained about a bloody towel left under the sheets of a made up bed, and crumbs all over the floor. They moved us to a cleaner room, even though it had a foul smell, and the bathroom contained black mold. In fairness they did agree to comp us the first night, but the relocation to a new room was only slightly better and they offered no cancellation because of their poor conditions. Charging $500 a night after all fees/taxes/resort fees/parking were added in, is insane for the condition of this property. The front desk staff, and bell hops were very nice and attentive but can only do so much with the crappy condition of this overpriced outdated dump! Also they used the Cov-ID virus as an excuse for why they do not come in and clean rooms daily. You have to clean your own room, take out your own trash, and retrieve you all towels, etc with this supposedly 4 star hotel.

This property is nice but way outdated. The hotel need renovations . The AC is the old units that don’t work very well at all! Also restaurant short staffed so the wait is soooooo long it’s ridiculous .

I loved the Resort and property. The room needed to be updated though, as there were stains all over the carpet that were hard to over look and made you feel gross walking around on.

Love the location because it’s In mins of walking to the beach , nearby restaurant and stores. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Love was very old and outdated for the price we paid , considering for 4 stars hotel. When we walked into our room , we felt we didn’t Check-in to a 4 stars hotel but instead 3 or even 2. The only reason we stayed and didn’t check out because we were within short walk to the beach and restaurant. We stayed in the towel with garden view but it was more like looking directly to parking lot. Our room was right by the elevator and exit door to stairs. The Exit door to take the stairs was so hard to open and when we try to closed, it just slammed shut very loud. So imagine us being in the room next to it. We didn’t bother asking to change the room bc all room but of look the same. Overall, we would not return unless it’s being renovated.

We got to the hotel and they had "upgraded" our room, to the tower, vs the garden view. The only difference was that there was a kitchenette. Room is completely outdated, bathroom was moldy. We weren't able to sleep the 1st night, as the single pane windows faced the street, so we heard every car, siren and drunk people outside. The next day we were placed in a garden view room. The room, again was outdated, bathroom was moldy, room smelled musty, and the patio door was completely destroyed, you had to push it to open/close it. The room was supposed to have bottled water, we didn't have any; the ice machines didn't work either and we had less than half a roll of toilet paper. That night, the guests in the room below us, played the same techno song from 10p-4a. The following day, I asked for toilet paper and bottled water. When it was time to settle down for the day, the same guests below us, started playing the same song over and over. I contacted the front desk, they advised that security would check. 30 mins later, the music was still playing. I went to the front desk to complain, met with security and they said that they had spoken to those guests the night before. Security went and spoke to the guests, who did lower the music...for one hour and then played the same song over and over, until 4a. The only benefit I saw to this hotel. was the location, other than that, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially for the nightly rate, resort fee and daily parking fee.
