We went as a family of 4. Stayed 3 nights to check out the zoo and USS Midway. The elevator with the glass dome was a huge hit for the kids. We hit the pool every day. The onsite restaurants and gift shop had all the important things! Perfect for a home away from home for a few days.

We have stayed here before. This is right across the street from the cruise ships, very convenient, very friendly staff and very clean. Dom at concierge ( or information desk) was very nice and kind, he gave restaurant information, etc.

Courteous staff. The hotel is dated and needs some work. Our bathroom shower had some mold or mildew so it could use a deep cleaning. Also the shower head was loose. Overall it was a good experience and convenient for getting on cruise ships at the port.

The room was soooooo small for 2 adults and a young adult. The heat was broken and was freezing in our room. The towels were hard and scratchy! The view was only ok , one more there were 2 cruise ships that pulled in and blocked everything. Plus the hordes of people at the front of the building made getting out and around miserable.

The check in desk was perfunctory. There was no valet. The concierge knew nothing about the restaurant, amenities, or nearby shops; he was only interested in upselling us to some sort of timeshare. The room was clean and the bed was perfect. I was charged for a resort fee, but the fitness center was miserable and the pool too cold to use. The Claim Jumper service and food was excellent.
