The location was good. Walking distance from the train station, several cafes and little Italy which has a wonderful farmers market on Saturday. Hotel lobby was spacious and well kept. We were assigned a pretty dismal room - 204 should be converted into other uses but not lodging. The view outside the window was awful.

To charge $50 to self park is OUTRAGEOUS. The parking that is available is a joke. There are 3 towers that have access to a tiny 2-story parking garage and a small parking lot. Trying to find a parking spot was ridiculous. One night I was very close to parking down the street in a paid lot. You literally have to stalk somebody coming out and hover. Way too much time wasted waiting and stressing out over finding parking. If you are going to charge $50, then you should at least have the parking to PARK. I had originally planned to use the valet parking for $60/day. Guess what. NO VALET PARKING. Can I add that I am driving a 1-ton pickup that is a dually. So that was added fun

The matress was not comfy, the lamp plugs too loose to hold plug from cpap. Wall paper comming off wall below sink legg. Plug behind bed excessivly loose. Thermostate too high on wall. It woul ld warm room to 5ft and shut off.

Our family of six recently stayed one night prior to a cruise. The most significant thing to know is that this property is somewhat large and spread out. Our room, and the location where we parked our vehicle were about a one block walk from the hotel lobby. When I had to use the guest computer and printer late in the evening after we checked in, I had to walk for approximately five minutes outside along the street to get to the lobby. We found the map and directions somewhat unhelpful and felt a bit confused about where we were going

Great location and amazing customer service! Our son dreams of being a pilot one day. It just so happens that our crew was staying at this hotel. Shuttle service allowed us to ride to the airport with the crew. Saved us from getting a Uber! Our son was so over joyed. They also got him to meet the pilot. Words can't express how happy we are we stayed here!! 🙏 Thank you everyone!!
