We have stayed here before. This is right across the street from the cruise ships, very convenient, very friendly staff and very clean. Dom at concierge ( or information desk) was very nice and kind, he gave restaurant information, etc.

The front desk clerk Naomi was so courteous and helpful in securing my wife and I a room with a slight view of the bay. Excellent employee. Please commend her! Kudos to her! Our room was immaculate. The other employee I like to commend would be Ernest the shuttle driver, so helpful and courteous with a great smile!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and recommended great places to go in the gaslamp district, which was within walking distance. Wish there was a hot tub on the roof or somewhere in the facility.

The line to check in was out the door. An hour after check in time and had to wait another half hour to check in. Handing out an appetizer coupon to the local restaurants isn’t something to make up for the inconvenience. At least wave parking, extremely expensive at $50 a night.

The property is centrally located. 5 minutes away from the Gas Lamp and Little Italy district. The property is well maintained. The room was clean and it is nice having house services provide new towels and make the bed every day. I had a fantastic view of the bay. There is plenty of restaurants to choose from. I was able to catch an Uber within minutes.
