The room was awesome, clean quiet and very conveniently located on the courtyard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Need a n earlier check-in and they made it happen. Needed handicap accommodations, and they made sure it happened. If I had any complaints I would say $25 for parking is quite excessive. Maybe that much for a second vehicle but if I am gonna pay to stay, I expect to have a place to park my vehicle, especially in a place where street or public lots are not available. Other than that great stay for what we needed!

Room was spotless. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. The only issues with the room was it was very dark, it needed another light. And, the bathrub is way overdue to be repaced. It's peeling horribly. I had a bath once (we stayed for three nights), and it was very uncomfortable, because of the peeling paint. Other than that, it was a 15 minute walk to the bus loop, which was very convenient. It also has a decent breakast, with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. The only thing missing was butter or margarine. Overall, it was a decent stay. Would probably stay there again, would just ask for a different room. We would have, but told it was fully booked.

Room had very bad smell, it seems it’s coming from carpet as the carpet are not kept up or shampooed from ages, bathroom bathtub has stains and was dirty, curtain was torn. I still cannot imagine so many miss on single instance of hygiene and cleanliness. It was not just one room, this was called out by others during breakfast table. Good part breakfast was really good, staff refilling super fast, coffee was great and hot waffles were really good too. Overall, I won’t recommend anyone this hotel, better pay same amount and drive 10 Miles away with your rental car and don’t ruin holiday.

Great location 20 minutes away from everything around the area . Old town was great explore ❤️ restaurants me and my wife particularly went to Casa de Reyes great food👍 we totally recommend. Also 20 minutes away from Mission Beach. 20 minutes away from La Jolla beautiful site I must do.
