Tried to get an early check in- waited 4 hours and at normal check in rooms magically became available. Staff was rude and spent more time gossiping than working- you see a lot sitting in a lobby for 4 hours. Room was decent but way overboard on the mini bar junk- fridge and countertop full of $11 water and $30 screw top Chardonnay. If they just acted like guests were a priority it would have been a better stay. Not into giving second chances anymore as there are too many outstanding innkeepers in the area.

Nice hotel. No hot water in my room.

Nice hotel. There was a convention across the street so the hotel was packed and the bar was closed due to private event. The rooftop bar was also closed so I had to go somewhere else. The biggest issue was there was no hot water in my room so I had to take a cold shower. I informed them via text right before I check out. The TV settings were in Chinese and didn’t know how to change it back. I just didn’t get the full experience due to everything going on which is a bummer because the rate was high. Thanks!

I know it the Hard Rock, but even on the top fllow there was constant mechanical noise, I assume from the roof? The pipes in the wall were constantly vibrating, and the water pressure was sub standard for sure. I do not recomend for a business traveler. The amenities in room were small, and not condusive for a viritual work experience.

Omg this was a terrible hotel, I was in shock took my daughter for her birthday. Check was great room was not what was pictured, it had 2 different smells in the hall way like a mildew smell. The walls in hallway were nice but the curtains were old, I paid for an upgrade which included a balcony which was of a rooftop of the next building. I was soooo upset felt like a fool to my daughter. It spoiled my entire trip to San diego
