Hilton Embassy suites was great! Hotels.com was terrible!! Said room came with 2 queen sized beds on their website but when I got there it was 2 double beds. Impossible for 2 ppl to sleep on each bed. Hotel said in their 30 years, they never had queen sized beds so Hotels.com misrepresented on their website. Called customer service and they said nothing they can do. Terrible service from Hotels.com.

Almost everything was perfect as usual. The biggest issue was at breakfast when the cook cussed my wife in Spanish. I told embassy direct. I did not appreciate this at all!

There was a mix up with Expedia and Embassy Suites. I had to change the date of check in and since I booked with Expedia that's who I changed the date with. Expedia charged me dould the price because of the change. Loved my stay here!

Great for any type of group. Breakfast can be VERY busy after 8:15 AM. Beds are very comfortable. Room was quiet.

There is a very large soaking wet area on the carpet by the refrigerator. There was no coffee. The furniture was torn and scuffed. All in all, the room just didn’t feel clean. There was a ring in the toilet.
