The stay here for the price was great. We were able to comfortably stay in a suite with our daughter and baby and still had a bit of privacy and not crammed. The hotel is old and very dirty but for the price that was pretty much expected. Would stay again:)

The hotel is fine but dated. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed that I have encountered and I could not sleep. The rust in the bathtub and the dated furnishings don't bother me too much; but I need to be able to sleep.

Dirty & Disappointing

Save your money. Probably the worse hotel room experience I’ve ever had. I travel quite a bit and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Torn sheets, rust in tub, odd mildew odor in the room, AC did not work, carpets were completely stained, crumbs and dirt under the furniture, water damage on bathroom door, paint chipping, black smudges on walls. Horrendous. For three night it’s cost almost $1k (totally overpriced for the condition of this place). Run away! Go stay at the Sheraton down the street!!!

Thanks for your response. It's just a bad experience overall. I've been staying in Double Tree hotels for many years. This place is the worst, I'm shocked to see this type of property with the chain. 1. I have an over sized vehicle and there's no parking, the garage is only rated 6 feet. I have to park in no parking zone. 2. The bed is dated, mattress is severely dented from wear. 3. The bathroom caulkings are deteriorated. 4. The tub surface around drain flange is rusted. 5. Shower water has methane odor, like some of the hotels in the Caribbean resort. The toiletries are subpar. We wanted to check out, however it was late when we arrived and couldn't find any other hotels. We just decided to stay. I was seriously disappointing with our stay.

The breakfast buffet was not worth the extreme price. Basic choices and food ran out often to the point of losing appetite. The hotel itself is prime time Double tree standard.
