This hotel Is phenomenal. The staff was so friendly and helpful the entire stay. I’m a big coffee person, and my latte was excellent every morning and beautifully made. The room was smaller than I expected but very comfortable. I have a bad back and woke without back pain. There is a lot to do in the hotel alone, and much to do around town within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a great experience! Oh, and the restaurants onsite were all excellent too! Every dish I ordered was delicious- my husband, too!

Upgraded to a pool suite but did not realize it was upstairs. It’s a little difficult when you have a lot of luggage. The room was nice but the shower did not get very warm. It would get hot for a second and then turn freezing cold. Not a desirable shower. The guy at the hostess stand at the diner was very rude and not helpful whatsoever. We sat outside and it was difficult to get service and our food took a very long time to come out. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive our check after being finished eating. We had to hunt down our server. I was hoping for a better experience overall.

We are elderly and didnt know we would have to haul ourselves and bags up more than one flght of stairs. This should be stated clearly on the room description. I have arthritis and it was very difficult.

The staff is very nice and helpful but the valet and check in system aren’t great. Really need a new way to check in, my friends room wasn’t even ready and we arrived an hour or so after check in time. The place was packed with people who were not even guests and could barely walk around. The line was awful but the staff was kind, however for the price, not sure this place is worth it anymore.
