We came here for a girls trip. Mom, Daughter, 2 Aunts and Grandma. There was something for everyone to do. Walks along the beach, collecting sea shells. walking around the property at night and seeing all the lights was really beautiful. Jumping in each of the 5 pools and they were conveniently located. Walked up a staircase that led to beautiful views of the property. Ate lunch at the Mexican restaurant and the steak nachos was so delicious, the chicken quesadilla was good if you like quesadillas. But the chicken tacos were not great. They were soft and didn’t look appetizing, although it was what grandma ordered not me. We went on a Sunday/Monday checkout and we definitely want to stay again and longer. We are going to make coming here a tradition.

This property was extremely disappointing! I booked a room on the bay so my wife and I could relax and enjoy the bay. We arrived late to the hotel around 9:00 pm after a late dinner to find someone in our parking spot and a legit party going on in front of our room on the bay. Keeping in mind that the entrance to the room is on the bay so we had to walk through a party to get to our room. Instead of enjoying our view and night we had to lock ourselves in the room. The music was loud and we had absolutely no privacy. We asked the staff and security to make them leave and they informed us that the bay is Public and they couldn’t do anything. This hotel was a complete bust unless you are looking to party like a rockstar! We would never go back again and feel ripped off!!

Property was nice. Our room was far from all amenities but nice overall. Food was okay. Pizza and delivery service was awful. Took 2.5 hours and was cold.

Our room was right on the beach. The doors literally opened up to the bay. My dog had a fantastic time!! For my birthday, they gave me a free kit to make s'mores, including the wood, fire starter, lighter, and marshmallows, sticks, graham crackers and chocolate. They went above and beyond to make our one night stay so amazing, unforgettable, and peaceful. We had chairs right on the deck to watch the bay. Feeding the ducks and fish and turtles was fun. The hammocks made all my stress fade away. This is my favorite hotel EVER! Their gift shop has everything. The staff are beyond kind, amenable and quick to help. The restaurants were superb. Thank you for helping me celebrate turning 54!

I liked the setting and the rooms. Beautiful scenery outside. Staff was friendly for the most part. Young lady working in cafe wasn’t very polite. I didn’t like the people who were staying in the rooms next to us. They made a terrible mess and allowed their kids to run and yell all over the place. Also prank knocked on my door. I handled it, but they left trash everywhere and I felt bad for the housekeeping staff that had to deal with it if they had to deal with 158, 159, 160.
