No notification that the lazy river was not heated/not fully working - Kids were allowed in the 21 & up area as a result, including having diaper age children in the pool without swim diapers resulting in pool filter clogs and messes around the pool area. Many things were closed early due to limited volume of guests. Room was great - very long walk to it. Staff was hit or miss - most very grumpy/unhelpful

The lobby was very crowded and had heavy smoke smell. The room did not have hand soap, or the customary lotion; not sure if this was an oversight, it just not provided. It's was also most late at night; after midnight. The walls seem thin.
