Feli and Justin at the front desk were very helpful and nice and helped resolve a price discrepancy to my satisfaction upon checkin. I didn’t get her name, but the housekeeper for my room was very helpful and always nice! Everyone I had an encounter with at Pala was very nice! I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Pala Casino hoping for a relaxing night, but unfortunately it was not a good experience. We didn’t get to sleep until very late, and then were woken up around 5:30–6:00 a.m. by two people talking loudly. It was so loud it sounded like they were in our room, whether they were in the hallway or next door. We were unable to go back to sleep, so we ended up getting out of bed and leaving around 7:00 a.m. to drive home. This was not the restful stay we were hoping for, especially for what was meant to be a special night. Very disappointing.
