I love the esthetics of the resort. The staff were very nice in showing you around when you get lost of the humongous resort. The only issue I had was at checking in. We got there at 1 and dwcided to see if maybe our room was ready. The front desk receptionist could not find my reservation by my itinerary or reservation number which was very embarrassing. I waited for almost an hoyr before tge manager finally found it. Once they found it I thought okay we should be able to get our room right away. Right away I was told our room is not ready and that they would text us when it is ready. Surprisingly, everyone wlse were being assigned their rooms right away. Ti make the story short, I came back 2 hours later when our roomnis supposed to be ready at 4 b/c that's is the check in time, the room was still nit ready. We waited until about 5pm for our room to be ready.

Room was in pretty good condition. However, we called for bedding since we had none for our pullout and it took 10 calls, and 7 hours later for them to finally come. We are taking midnight and the kids had to stay up since they didn’t have any blankets. No apologies, no credits nothing. They didn’t even want to let us have a late checkout.

Water aerobics blasting music at 8:00am woke us up. 15 min away from more major dining. Parking was limited - we had to park at other complexes and walk over to our room. Room was spacious - but outdated- 3 star status. Pools crowded and no lounge chairs available and multiple times run out of towels. No wifi in higher rooms.

Mountain stay was pretty

I’ll share an honest review of the good and constructive feedback. We loved that the pools and stuff had a view of the mountains. The swimming pool with the slide has a gorgeous set up. The resort drinks and food were pretty bad at the pool side. They charged $10 for nachos that had canned cheese and basic chips and the drinks tasted like cough syrup. I think it’s a little pricy for the quality. Also, the front desk does not answer any calls . So make sure to drive to them if you need something. The full kitchen was so nice and we cooked a birthday dinner for my son and were able to store groceries! The dishwasher was broken so we didn’t get to use it. The showers inside the room were nice and the beds were soooo comfortable! Overall- we really did love our stay here! We will be back. The price is very reasonable compared to other resorts! My favorite thing about it is that you’re kinda tucked away from the ciity in the mountains but still less than an hour away from beaches , Legoland, and the zoo.

Property was nice. However, I requested a view of the golf course instead I got the view of the children’s pool. Too loud! Also, service requests are very slow. Parking is limited. I attended their time share talk and was promised to receive a $150.00 cash card. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have NOT received it. I called 4x already!!! Very in convenient!!! Property is far from anything interesting. Almost 1 hour away from downtown SD. Lots of bad golfers too! Play was slow. It’s an executive course and very short. So you get a lot of hackers. Nice practice. Oh and only 1 bathroom, after the 9th hole. So if you’re drinking, you’ll need to hold it for a while!!!
