Awesome resort with beautiful surroundings, clean rooms and great amenities. Front desk staff was rude and did not honored expedia gold status perks. Anyway I would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Didn’t use the pool. They only do mini cleans. This is my third time staying. Staff are very friendly. It is very safe , the view is great and the stay is very pleasant. But I think it’s time they update their furniture in the rooms and offer full cleaning for people who stay more than two days.

Grounds are beautiful and well kept, room was clean. Great place for families. The property is large so be prepared to walk to pools and the little shop and theatre. Parking by the room was a challenge. Biggest negative was the poor and intermittent Wi-fi. Cell coverage may also be limited or non-existent since it is a fairly remote location so be prepared for that.

I have stayed here 4 times in the last 40 days booked the same room a Mountain View 1 bedroom villa. But this time in the rain I get a garbage lower unit with no fireplaces and no view and small tiny rooms. The hotel appears to Be almost empty. The other three visits I had beautiful rooms above the golf course with fireplaces. If they try to send you to the alpine or areas way up the mountain ask for another room within the gated area. These rooms have little or no views, are blocked by construction And Mountain View actually means parking lot view. The resort has some great assets and beautiful rooms but the difference between the best and worse rooms is enense.
