Drain in bathroom would not drain, not sure if was ever fixed. After staff cleaned room, never left any towels, wash cloths, or hand towels. When told front desk never got an apology or anything, not even from delivery.

The hotel was great. Great for the value. The rooms were spacious. There isnt much just around the hotel to do. Youd have to drive, but it wasnt too bad. It was a goid experience. Overall id stay there again.

Location was good, just a short drive to downtown Napa or 6 flags. I'm sure the stay would have been better if anything at all had been open. Restaurant was closed, fitness center was closed, spa was closed (spa was the reason we booked this particular hotel). I understand that Covid was the reasons for those closures, I just wish it was communicated better before we arrived. We went for a mom's trip and there were 4 of us staying in the room, which the staff knew about, but when we got in the room there were only 2 bath towels and a bath mat, for 4 people! There were no hand towels or wash cloths at all. Our coffee machine was broken and they said they couldn't get us a new one. We requested a microwave in the room and there wasn't one when we got there, no biggie, mistakes happen, but when we called the front desk to ask for one they said no one would be available to bring us one, so no microwave for us. Lights in the room were flickering, outlet plugs were loose, it just overall wasn't a good experience. In my opinion it didn't live up to the Hilton name.
