Great Location!

The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was there was never anyone at the front desk when you had a question. When you request for your room to be serviced, it takes them a very long time to respond. They don’t have a quarter machine for the washing machine either. You have to purchase a $10 roll of quarters from the front desk. They only have one ice machine. I would stay here again. The location is great. Tons of food places nearby and a CVS.

We needed a late check in and called ahead to let them know we would be there later. It took about 30 minutes to check in and we went up to the room they assigned us. When we opened the door we were greeted by a horrible smell. We turned the light on and people were in the room sleeping! The man jumped out of the bed ready to fight and we got out of there as soon as we could. This is so unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The rudest staff I’ve ever experienced in my whole life were not helpful at all they seem like they hate their life’s multiple employees hung up on us when I was just trying to confirm my room after Expedia gave us a room that they didn’t even have wasted 100$ on this room that I didn’t even stay in hateful environment look at the reviews roaches and dirty towels disgusting

Car got broken into while parked in there parking lot and stuff got stolen and they refused to even give us a box or duct tape to drive 3 hours home with a window completely broken window so we could make due with our 5 kids. There was no manager and they refused video footage of the parking lot. The bed had little white spiders and the breakfast is absolutely disgusting and wasn’t refilled so a lot was out. Made our 6 flags trip awful. Would never ever recommend or go back.

Broken Window!

Our Truck window along with a couple other staying here had our windows broken! And the first thing the desk attendant was “ya I heard about that, we are not responsible” not the most helpful even with signs saying “24 hour surveillance” We left nothing of value in the car so they got nothing but now we are stuck with the inconvenience of driving 3 hours home with 2 children in the back seat!
