The check-in process was not smooth. We requested housekeeping and no one came. You have to call a number to reach any service and I had to call four times and each time had to wait 10 minutes to connect to a person. The room was great, the pool was great. The front desk at check-in said the bar was open for food at the pools until 8:00, but they closed at 5:00 each night. There were not many options for teenagers to find food they like. Overall great place.

Checked in, love the room the view of the golf course from our patio was awesome. Great pool time. Came back from dinner, and locked out of our room, went back to check in found out we weren’t processed correctly at check in ( told my card declined) then he said no it was their fault not cc, sorry. This was after I was told that they gave our room to someone else and they had gone into our room! He assured me nothing was disturbed. When we finally got things straightened out and back in our room there had been a “welcome” fruit and wine set up with someone else’s name on it! When I tried to phone the front desk the phone did not work. Checking out soon so I will let them know then. Too bad until then we were having a fabulous time!!!
