The property is old and . Very expensive there they were out of a lot of the food that we asked for on the menu. We had to park quite a ways away from our room and walk up the hills and then no elevator to get to our room. I guess it’d be OK if you’re 20 years old but when you’re in your 60s is not very much fun

The property is old and outdated. The rooms are extremely cold. They did not mention that we were parking in a totally different area than what we were staying at, and we had to carry our luggage no elevators. The only good thing is that we’re close to what we needed to see.

The room was fine and the stuff was good too, but the parking lot was a bit far from the room, and the pathway was difficult to navigate while carrying luggage. The walking path was not in good condition due to snow and was slippery, making it very hard to carry luggage safely. The restaurant has very limited food options, mostly pizza. I wish there were more choices, as not everyone wants to eat pizza every day. There was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs. The location was good and you will definitely find snow most of the time in winter.

Overall, everything was good and the staff was friendly. However, the biggest issue was breakfast – there were no fresh vegetables or greens, not even cooked ones, which was disappointing. Another major problem was the noise. The soundproofing is very poor – it felt like other guests were inside the room with us. The hotel has older buildings with wooden partitions, which makes noise travel very easily.
