Convenient location, friendly staff. Old looking mats in bathtubs. Not enough pillows for pullout bed. When room was cleaned they did not leave towels. Had to request these from front desk and they took care of it quickly. Also had to request more coffee for in room coffee maker. Breakfast was a little slow to refill food as it ran out. Parking lot was crowded and spots were very tight. Most were marked for compact cars, but most people had SUVs Overall the stay was ok, the staff was nice, but it could use some improvement.

If you value a nice shower at the end of a long day walking around Disneyland in the heat, maybe look elsewhere. This place has its charm. The free breakfast in the lobby exceeded our expectations (waffle maker, cereal, hot scrambled eggs, toast, etc.) and the staff were all super friendly and inviting! However, I will say, the rooms were not the cleanest looking, with some smudged bugs on the walls. The beds were comfortable with 4 different pillow options. The AC blew very nice cold air all night. Unfortunately, the shower experience was a hard letdown… the shower head spits water at you like uncooked spaghetti noodles being shot in your back/face making it very unenjoyable. The shampoo & conditioner is what you’d expect from a value hotel, so definitely bring your own if you plan on staying more than a few nights. Overall, 3.5/5 stars, the rooms could use some work (especially the showers), but at the end of the day, would stay here again if it was the best deal!

This was our second time staying here. We love it for the proximity to Disneyland. Both times we have stayed here we have driven to the Disney parking structure. It takes roughly 5 minutes. The beds are so comfortable and soft, perfect for resting after a day at the parks. The room is large and fit our family of 4, including a baby in a playpen perfectly. The air conditioning cools the room right down and is not too loud at all. The breakfast has many options and the kids could always find something they liked to eat. The only complaint for this trip was housekeeping took our used towels and did not replace them, so we had to call for more. Another time, we had to also call the front desk for toilet paper as we had not been restocked. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would absolutely stay here again and again.

Area was safe feeling. But was pretty ran down room wise, could feel the springs in the mattress and there was mold in the shower in crevices. I booked due to the "sound proof" room in description, but they were anything but. You may not be able to hear harbor blvd. But boy can you hear every sound from a car outside room, conversation in parking lot, and people in rooms next to you. A group of people were in room next to us after we went to bed and it sounded like they were in our room it was so loud. I wish i would have had this info before i booked :( staff was nice and lobby was nice though. Parking lot was safe.

I wanted to share some concerns from my recent stay. Upon entering the restroom, I found and had to kill a bug, which appeared to be a cockroach. Later that evening, after returning late from Disneyland, my son was the first to shower and discovered there was no shampoo available in the dispenser, only conditioner. Additionally, there was no designated space for bar soap. Instead, two used bars of soap from a previous guest were left on top of the dispensers, one with visible hair on it. Because it was late, I waited until the following morning to visit the front office. I requested shampoo and fresh soap, and your staff provided small containers and bars of soap. While I appreciated the prompt assistance, the experience raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. These issues remained on my mind throughout the night and made us eager to leave shortly after showering. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that improvements can be made in housekeeping and restroom amenities. A clean and well-stocked restroom is an important part of a comfortable stay, and I hope future guests will not encounter the same situation.

Clean and Roomy

The hotel was clean. The staff was great! Really close to Disneyland which was a plus. The rooms were affordable. The only thing I disliked was our room was next to someone that had a dog and that dog would bark non stop. I thought the hotel was a no pets hotel. But overall it was good. I would stay again!
