My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was my birthday weekend and the staff made it really special. Our room was big and private, everything was clean. The pool has towels for you to use. We will definitely be staying again.

Several might stay …..

Several nights stay - harbor view room. Glass sliding door to balcony didn’t close all the way so there was a draft coming into room. Given a key card to go in and out of parking lot - couldn’t get out of parking lot key card didn’t work was stuck there until another person pulled up and let us out with their key card for gate. Parking was $50.00 a night to park in regular parking lot that wasn’t aware of until you check in. Didn’t allow customers to use rolling carts so we had to make several trips up to room to take our things. Only bell hops allowed to us rolling carts and they wanted a tip. Probsbly won’t stay here again. Feel the whole thing was overpriced for what you got.

The only reason I gave more than one star for this hotel is because the property itself is landscaped well and the pool and restaurants are nice. Our room itself was not clean - we had a garden view room and within 10 minutes of walking in my feet were dirty. In addition I had severe allergies in the room which flare up due to mold and dust. We also called and made sure that they were aware of our request for a pack n play for our baby. When we checked in late at night there was no pack n play even though the staff acknowledged that they could see it was part of the reservation. After hearing my complaints I got a dinner credit, which is better than nothing but in my opinion was not enough considering our room did not meet the bare minimum expectations due to how dirty it was. Do not waste your time or money staying here, and please definitely do not bring young children here who may usually spend time on the floor.

Not what I booked

They gave me a standard room where I booked a king with balcony suite. My family was looking forward to the king suite with sofa bed my son can’t sleep on a queen bed he will fall off. Mosquitos and a small spider crawling on the pillow. Kids and wife weren’t happy so we left to another hotel. Lost 690 dollars and have to wait to get reimbursed. A very horrible experience here

Nice resort but not for couples

Very nice resort but not really for couples with no kids. The resort was very clean and staff were friendly. The advertisement of “3 pools” is a little misleading. While there are 3 separate pools, they are small and all located in the same area. I was hoping for at least one “quiet” pool. Unfortunately the pool was packed with kids each day we were there. One of the three slides advertised is a kids slide. The hotel is also isolated from most things so you’ll need to rent a car or take Uber everywhere. I was hoping to chill more at the hotel and didn’t mind the isolation but unfortunately the kid take over made that a little tougher. Would have loved more than one fire pit to use as well. I did appreciate how clean our room was and the view from our balcony was lovely. Just don’t expect a couples getaway at this resort.

Great location. Rooms were average but nice views. Did not get to enjoy the pool due to rainy weather. There was a turf area that seemed to be for kids but honestly it was pretty generic - my 3 and 1 year old did not spend more than 5 minutes before losing interest. Our bathroom was also super tight and had a tub shower with weak water pressure. Overall it was a nice stay but I probably would stay elsewhere for the amount I paid.

Charges after my stay

Beware, this hotel over charged us and to this date, multiple charges have been placed on my credit card. I am currently disputing the charges. The front desk was very unprofessional and did not provide any support.

The property itself is beautiful, and the staff was so kind. However, the walls were extremely thin - I could hear every detail of phone conversations and morning alarms. And the hotel is slightly isolated from most food and entertainment. I had a hefty Uber bill by the end of the week.
