Great activities in pool or around pool. The pool area was a little dirty- wet napkins and empty cups on the floor- staff was not proactive about picking up trash. Also room 2116 was loud because kids were playing video games and foosball very late at night!??? Not the best spot for those activities?

The property was very nicely landscaped around the pools. Very much a resort feel. The elevator’s unfortunately were down to only 2 instead of 3 in the tower building which caused some long wait times.

I loved our hotel view of the ocean! It was beautiful!! Unfortunately, our television remote was inconsistently working. Also, needed more choices of movies, not spending $20.00/per movie. The bathroom sink needed the drain unplugged…slow drainage. At the end of our stay…I hated that u charge $50/day for self parking…that is ridiculous! Property was amazing, room was too. The pools are great for the kids. Down side was the food and drinks are way over priced! I get resorts are higher, their prices are outrageous. Eat and drink else where, or go shopping like I did and pack a cooler for the kiddos. Lots to do and see with a short Uber drive in many directions.

Stayed here for about a week and it was great! My little family of four enjoyed the stay very much. Pool and slides were a hit for my kids even after a long day at the beach. Everything was so conveniently close! We would definitely come back and stay here.

Nice well rounded and solid family friendly hotel in Mission Bay. Provided 3 dining options all onsite - a market with Starbucks coffee / breakfast right on the docks, a versatile pool bar / restaurant at the pool and a more expensive restaurant with fire pits etc. Kids loved the pool slides, free “kids bar” offering soda / Shirley temples etc and daily poolside bingo. They also had an evening movie poolside on Saturday night that kids could watch from the water. I loved my view from my ocean view 2 queen room. Room spacious enough and sunsets were beautiful over the bay and ocean every night. Pros: Super friendly staff - didn’t meet one that didn’t go above and beyond Location and dining / pool options Full bed changes daily were routine Cons: Details weren’t cleaned thorough - ie light switches, crevices and air vents. No room service for their restaurants which causes us to order more take out than we would have - just makes it hard with kids. No adjustable shower heads - short people problem. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Hyatt use to be my go-to hotel. This place changed my mind. The only thing that was nice here was the view. Very expensive, very little amenities included like no fresh coffee, no microwave in your room, no free breakfast. Parking was an additional $50 per day! Whenever we had to call the front desk, no one would answer the phone. Very frustrating. One day they had a water issue and had to shut off the water to our room for a couple of hours. This is my last stay at a Hyatt. Just not worth it.
