This resort is past its stale date. The rooms are getting old, the bed is soggy and soft, the noise from outside (the highway) is loud because the window/door is old (no furniture on the balcony either), the shower is weak and very little hot water, elevator is slow. Get the picture? The pool is pretty nice, service was fine, breakfast was decent but overpriced. If you want a nice, quiet room, this is not your place.

No one at the front desk on arrival. Couldn’t find any staff for help. 3 parties waiting, took at least 10 minutes for someone to show up, then the keys wouldn’t work. Arrived at our room the 2nd day to find our door not closed tight. Housekeeping not checking when leaving! Stayed here many times but rooms are in need of renovating. Entertainment is great, food overpriced & just ok.
