When I made the reservation, I requested an accessible room. The desk attendant told me that there were only two accessible rooms in the hotel, and both were occupied. I asked for a room close to an entry door. When I got to the room, we found that this room was an accessible room. In the room, the shutters would not stay open. The sliding glass door to the patio was sealed shut and could not be opened. The TV remote is a challenge to operate. There is no handicap parking close to the hotel guest rooms. There are about 6 handicap spaces located at the furthest northwest parking lot completely away from the guestrooms. Not conducive for guests with special needs. The bathroom doors squeak so loud that it wakes everyone up. Last but not least, they surprise you with a $25.00 per night parking fee for inadequate parking.

The price was good. The hotel is very old in my room. It also had a bad odor in the room. Paint dropping all over the floor. Sliding door was stuck all the time with lots of old Paint.

It is an older hotel but it is in good shape. The restaurant was good. The pool and hot tub were very good. I would stay here again while in Indian Wells. The price was very reasonable.

Hotel was nice overall. Spacious lobby and nice rooms with a walk out to a small patio with chairs which you don't see anywhere. The Wifi sucked. Lost signal constantly, usually registered "poor" on my phone. I was three rooms from front desk, had to go out to the front desk to back up, where signal was excellent. They have to know about this. When I told front desk they didn't even write it down. They tell you to keep the key away from your phone because it can erase it. What? The door entry sucked. The key would never work when you pushed the card in and you had to push against the door because it would lock up in under two seconds. Usually at least a dozen tries each time. My shoulder was physically sore from pushing on that stupid door so many times. The worst part is the "Parking fee" they hit you up for during checkout. $25 bucks a night on an outdoor lot. More than half the cost of the room. That's where they nail you. Expedia should include these fees in the listing. Counter clerk told me they used to charge a $45 resort fee, so that tells you the guys running this hotel are Vegas shills. No wonder why the place was so empty.

Best deal in the greater Palm Springs area for your money! My room was spacious & clean, with a nice hot shower. Nice restaurant & bar area and very welcoming staff. Close proximity to the Acrisure Arena, if you need somewhere to crash after an event there. Should I need a place to stay in the future, I would most definitely return, and I will happily recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for your hospitality!
