Dark condo, quiet neighborhood
The condo is very dark even in the middle of the day. This is due to it's close proximity to the mountain, and the dark tint on the windows.
The kitchen is small and not easy to work in if you want to cook meals. The microwave is awkwardly placed in a corner next to the sink with the door opening toward the wall. This requires one to either reach over the top of the door or lean over the sink to remove items.
The garage parking is very tight and makes exiting ones vehicle difficult. Since the driveway is short a vehicle can not be parked there. The outdoor guest parking slot next to the condo has irrigation sprayers which cover the front of your vehicle with spray each time the system waters.
The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk in. The best feature of this property is the great room with a fireplace that takes away the chill on cool mornings and evenings.
