Booked into the Premium King Suite with bay view and balcony. Upon Arrival we checked in the appeared nice . However after 45 minutes ther room was warm and stayed at 75 degrees. Then the toilet began to makes strange noises and emit a rancid dowel Oder of sewage . The point it was gurgling in a way resorting toilet water onto the floor I called the front desk to voice my concern . The manager stated the were soiled and could only move me to a handicap accessible room which was near front the premium suite I paid for but it was the only option she stated . I expected to be refunded the difference from the suite I paid for to the basic room and that didn’t Happen. Then to find out by looking at the website they still had the premium suites available , the same as I’d paid for and she told me they were sold out of yet showed on their website 5 available . The room 911 was stagnant , ladies kings hair in the bed and bathroom , and outdated . We’ve stayed at Embassy suites by Hilton coast to coast. this was not pleasant experience and I would nit reccomend it.based on the cleanliness , the maintenace issues and most of all the false statements and led to believe we would moved to an equal room and it was in no shape way or form the premium suite . The room were moved to was a small handicap accessible room $200 less than what we paid for the suite.we Will be contacting corporate about this experience .
