The Hotel and staff were great. Amazing grounds and pool area. The rooms were priced as a 10 star but I would rate them at a 3. The DIRTEST rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. Old nasty carpet that was musty smelling. The Bathroom floor was tile that was so dirty I wiped with a white towel and it turned it black. The shower would go from Hot to Cold every couple of minutes and the furniture was very tired. I called the front desk for more coffee pods twice and they never arrived but I finally saw a maids cart and just grabbed from there. I will not ever book this hotel or encourage others unless the owners decide to invest some money and update the rooms as they are so OLD and DIRTY.

We enjoyed our time during our stay. The staff all were so polite and the grounds were amazing, you felt you were in a Mexico resort. The pool area was the best, was clean and really a great area. The room on the other hand was awful. It was so dirty, the carpet was so old and musty smelling I did not want to walk in bare feet on it. The bathroom floor was so dirty we took a damp wash cloth and wow it turned black. The shower seemed to have a lack of hot water and would go in and out which was very disappointing. Much of the furniture was past its prime with doors hanging off hinges, a desk lamp that worked but looked broken. In todays times I think I would have expected more this was so dirty I told my family I wanted to leave but the last minute there was not many rooms around the area and the grounds were so nice we stayed but just stayed out of the room as much as possible. I would not return and could never recommend this place to others. I would think the owner could invest a little money and put some nice engineered hardwood floors in and buy some new furniture and this place would be a 10 star vacation place but in its current condition I would only give 4 stars. It is a shame since it is not a cheap place to stay.

What a wonderful little place to stay! This was a surprise for my daughter when she came from Montana to see me....this was icing on the cake for sure! We will come stay here again
