Stood in line to check-in for twenty minutes before reaching the front desk. Check-in is at 4:00pm. Most places it is 3:00pm. No drain plug in the bathtub. No elevator to the street level front desk from building six. Loud party in the room next door and the house next door. No security. I checked out at 10:30pm. Could not stand the noise. Would not recommend this place and will not stay here again. They should have refunded the room price but of course they did not.

Absolutely loved everything about this Best Western Hacienda Inn. Just a beautiful location and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

The property is very pretty with beautiful views. We were very confused of the directions given to get to our 4 rooms. We ended up with a very long walk and so many starways to climb to get to our rooms. There should be staff to show you to your room if needed. There should also be more visible signs to the multiple elevators that we did not see.
