Staff was very friendly. Room was relatively clean, but the floor was dirty and the tops of furniture were sticky. The door didn’t close properly and made a lot of noise. You could hear all the commotion from outside. Parking was easy but did cost $28 per night. Don’t forget to get your breakfast vouchers when you check in. The pool area was nice too. Not too many things to eat around the hotel. You are in a very commercial area.

Well appointed, rooms need refurb

Convenient location and quiet area, parking easy. Lobby restaurant & pool area very clean and inviting. Breakfast buffet is worth coming back for, and TV streaming options was a plus. Room cleanliness and bed comfort was satisfactory, however, condition of the room felt like a 2star motel and was the least attractive part of our stay- multiple points of damage in the room walls furniture fixture, doors, and in bathroom, including a sink that filled with backup sewage after shower use. Front desk notified, but nothing done to remedy. Suggested they focus on refurbishing this room soon, as it definitely detracts from the comfort. We only stayed for one night, and would consider coming back if we got a room in better condition (if that’s possible). Front desk & restaurant service was very friendly.

It was an average experience, the staff at the reception desk was great, rooms were small and a little outdated. The bathroom door did not close it was a pocket door and maybe freshly painted so it would get stuck which was very inconvenient in a small space. The bath curtain and bath in general felt a little dirty and just old. The towels were rough. The bed was comfortable though and it was a convenient location for a soccer tournament. The pool was big and nice for the kids. It’s not very deep which is great for kids and they have a kids pool that is perfect for toddlers with or without floaties. They have one jacuzzi that was a little small.
