It smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. The staff were nice, the room and property were very clean. The pool and hot tub were unheated so we could not use them. The spa is only open 9-5, so we couldn’t have a service treatment there unfortunately. Room service was delicious.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service we received. Our experience was incredibly frustrating. Despite booking and paying $366 for a 50-minute spa day, we were met with a lack of attention and professionalism. We were informed that the staff was busy due to a private event, which seemed to be an excuse for ignoring our requests. The spa facilities were also subpar. jacuzzi and the sauna wasn’t working properly. I had to wait 30 minutes for my husband to fix the temperature. But they didn’t even try to fix the jacuzzi. It is unclear why we were charged for services that were not up to standard. To make matters worse, we were asked to leave the spa because of the private event, even though we were told this was not allowed. Afterward, we went to the restaurant, and when we requested a menu, we were initially refused a brunch menu. Only after I pointed out that I had checked the operating hours were we told that the event was the reason for the disruption. Overall, our experience was highly disappointing, and I feel that the level of service was far below what we had expected
