Loved the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Just there was no microwave and free snacks in the fridge for us to snack on. Overall great experience for a 4 night stay and pretty walkable to a diner by the street.

With a/c on, the air was circulating from kitchen to our room and the entire room started to smell like grease and bacon so I had to turn it off. Also, the a/c temperature regulator was not working properly, at some point it rapidly turned from hot to cold and vice versa so it is impossible to get the temperature you want. Windows cannot be opened. There's a constant noise coming from the room telephone. The person who met and served us at the Theresa's restaurant in the morning did not even greet us! My friend and I were the only ones there in the morning and yet he managed to make a mistake on one of the items and bring something other than what we ordered. I am definitely not coming back here.

My wife sensitive to perfume and scents. We called to check if they used scents in rkoms and were told no. The room was fine but the lobby and hallways had strong artificial scents. Restaurant off lobby but would not eat yjere due to the strong scented air. I loved the hotel. The staff was pite and friendly. I would never stay here again due to the strong scents. P.s. great location.

I can’t say this was worth the luxury price tag. The floors of the room were dirty. It didn’t feel like a boutique hotel the way you’d expect. We stayed at a Hilton garden Inn the previous night and definitely felt the difference. The staff was incredibly nice and the best part of the stay. Also keep in mind that the pool area is not really lit up which is odd as the sun sets at 4:30 and is open till 10 PM. The hotel is advertised as a spa but you have to pay to enter it. Parking was 35 a night for an outside lot… The stay was nice but I really think you could find something similar for a much cheaper price. I definitely felt buyers remorse when entering the room.
