Rooms are dirty, carpets inside and outside the rooms are very dirty. Staff does not change the bedsheets often on long stays and tend to neglect long stays rooms. Not appropriate service and cleanliness for the price.

Easy access to the private beach, was perfect for my family. We had just got scammed by a VRBO and the customer service was able to not only get us in for 1 night but we were able to get a bigger room for the family for the rest of the trip - made a potential disastrous trip turn into a family adventure! Will stay again when visiting Mission Beach!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The only reason for four stars instead of five, is my feet get black walking on the carpet. I have a toddler that hates shoes and loves playing on the floor. It’s not terrible- but could be better in my opinion. There was only one washer and dryer working on the entire property. Aside from that, this property is beautiful, staff is super friendly and welcoming and the location is fantastic with a private beach at the bay and walking distance from Mission Beach. We will most likely come here again.

I was expecting more updated rooms, we had room 609 the bathroom needs major updating. The people above us kept slamming the sliding patio door back and fourth late into the night. For what we paid we should have gotten more, we had to keep asking for coffee in the room they were reluctant to give it. We come to SD once a year and will stay somewhere else, location was great loved the seaworld fireworks but the room needs major updating

Pros: Beautiful area, an easy walk to the bay, ocean, shops, restaurants, and to watch the Sea World fireworks, very nice staff. Cons: Rooms are outdated and dark, housecleaning service was spotty.

Kate, has a skill that some people are bless with and some people just can't learn even with a college degree! She has been bless with having great people skills! She made our little Vacation an awesome time just by making us feel like family and thats why we will becoming back and telling my friends about the great people at Bahia Resort hotel. Also there was another sweet lady that had help me too but i forgot her name. She was a sweet heart and had a way of making my error about the resort fees feel like nothjng happen and trust me I've been at other hotels and I've been embarrassed over something i over looked and the feeling i felt was not good at all ! But here i just love the way they treated me equal and I took a second to see how other were treated when they were being check-in and it made my day. Thank you Bahia Family you guys are awesome! P.S I just wish we wouldn't of stay another day! One day was not enough time to really enjoy the resort.
