The carpet of the room is awfully dirty. I complained with the staff and told me there is nothing they could do about it. They did not even change me room for the inconvenience and I clearly asked to be changed. You can hear the neighbors as well. There was not conditioner in the shower.

The property was clean inside and out also check in was pleasant and welcoming. The room, pool and breakfast areas were clean as well. Wonderful stay would defiantly come back again.
