We do apologize for the wait time experienced. On busy days high demand room types can be in short supply while housekeeping is turning rooms over.

We liked how close this hotel was to downtown San Diego and La Jolla! Only about a 15 minute drive. The area of this hotel was perfect. Very quite and intimate. Extra blankets and an extra pillow was appreciated.

The people were great, very nice, friendly and whatever I needed they helped with. The room wasn't anything special, as was the view and location. Either way, I had a great and safe stay, thanks!

Staff was very helpful and friendly .. explained my boyfriend was gonna be having surgery n didn’t exactly know wat time we would be checking out.. gentlemen offered me to extend 1 hr later checkout.. didn’t need it but just the offer made us pleasantly happy

Sink was clogged and I had to ask to be fixed 3 times and it never got fixed. Unacceptable.
