We initially had a room with a shower valve that was not installed correctly so we couldn’t get hot water but that was quickly resolved when we asked for a different room. The second room was very clean, had soap, shampoo and conditioner, comfortable bed, and hot water. Everything was great. And the free continental breakfast was a bonus too!
